Dear Valued Customer:

The surcharge fees passed on to Wirerope Works, Inc. by our vendors increased again for the month of May 2008. We cannot predict or forecast the amount of surcharge for future months, but we are doing all that we can to minimize this expense, and appreciate your understanding and support through this difficult time.

Effective with all shipments on or after May 1, 2008, WW will charge our customers a surcharge of $875.00 per ton. The table is available on our web page at www.wireropeworks.com. Please note that these are approximate prices per foot.
